Join me for a SPECIAL EDITION of 'As The Chakras Spin' where I share my decades-long personal journey of healing my sacral chakra. Here, I provide a snapshot of some of the tools, exercises, supplements, modalities and procedures I used and underwent to heal my mind, body, and spirit, overall, and, specifically my womb, from sexual and emotional trauma I experienced in high school; the presence of uterine fibroids in my late thirties/early forties; and how I attempted to prepare my womb for conception in my early forties.
I talk about the importance of the health of the sacral chakra, that its functions and qualities go beyond conceiving and birthing babies, but conceiving creative ideas and birthing life's experiences - big and small.
In this honest account of my story, you'll witness vulnerability, embarrassment, strength, light-heartedness, discipline and its lack-of, growth, and healing. And though I don't speak on it directly, you might sense the implication of forgiveness of self and others wrapped in a growing love for self (above the ummmms, under the pauses and behind some of my smiles).
